This page explains how to delete your data in ChargeUp (YABU Yazılım).
To delete inside the game: open ChargeUp, tap the Profile button at the top left of the home screen, choose "ChargeUp verilerimi sil" (delete my ChargeUp data) and confirm. Deleting needs an internet connection; the result is shown on screen.
What is deleted: your ChargeUp game save on our server (level stars and best results, round count, coin and perk stock, selected skin), your season progress, the device details attached to your rounds and your leaderboard position; and the game save, wallet and stock on your device. Purchased coins are deleted too and do not come back.
If ChargeUp is the only game you played, your anonymous player record is deleted entirely: session id, device id and nickname.
What is kept: round scores remain as statistics that cannot be linked to anyone. The counters that pace ads stay on the device. Your "Reklamsız oyna" (ad-free) purchase belongs to your store account and is not deleted; "Restore purchases" brings it back.
Without opening the app: as you did not create an account, your save is not linked to your name or email. The data of an inactive player without an account is deleted automatically after 400 days. For questions and requests: info@yabusoftware.com (subject: ChargeUp data deletion).
